and Waitress Service. Here is a story about the category of "Bartending
Service" that now appears in every yellow page phone book in the United
States and now on the Internet. Back in 1975, when I was placing an ad
in the local yellow pages, the phone company wanted me to place my
business under the heading of either "caterers or party/event
planners." I told them I offer a specialized service to my clients.
After explaining what I do, the phone company said they do not have a
category for me. So, I proposed that they create one. When the phone
company asked me for ideas, I offered the words "Bartending Service."
They liked my suggestion; hence, a new category appeared. Therefore,
when I make the claim that we are the "Original" Bartending Service, we
really are!
